「Beautiful and so well appointed! Had everything we needed and more.」

「First of all, the store didn't let me stay, and I didn't want a refund. Second: I was not allowed to go upstairs. Third: Expedia customer service only has intelligent customer service. It said that it would be communicated for two hours, and I waited downstairs for three hours. As a result, I changed to another hotel.」

「Our stay was lovely. We chose the downtown riverfront view which was nice and the location was extremely convenient to be able to walk everywhere. Greenville is very walkable with lots to do. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and timely when extras were needed. Breakfast was decent. Only complaint is that parking isn’t included, a bit expensive but the hotel price reflects downtown location convenience.」

「My wife and I came in for a couple of nights for concert. The hotel was the perfect location for walking to the arena and downtown! The only complaint I guess(more my fault for not asking)was valet parking. It was $28 per night. Unless you going to use you car during your stay, which we didn’t because everything was walkable, I’d opt for the self park. It’s right by the hotel and only $10. A small thing though really! We loved it!」

「The property is right in the heart of downtown on Main Street in walking distance to great restaurants and shop. Staff was very helpful especially the valet, he gave great resturant suggestions.」

「I didn’t like that parking was either valet parking or the parking garage across the street」

「Nathaniel at check in and check out was friendly and so helpful. He explained parking, notified us when our room was available, offered area information and recommended places to eat. Breakfast staff was also on top of things. Keeping area clean. No sooner did a guest drop something, an attendant appeared and handled it immediately. Rooms were neat and clean. Location convenient for downtown. Parked car at hotel and walked everywhere.」

「Great location updated facility!」

「Nice bar, good drinks!」

「The property was beautiful however our room 303 had a very strong musty smell as soon as you walked into the room as if the carpet had gotten wet maybe. I had to purchase spray to accomidate the odor. Also the pillows was very uncomfortable.」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「Location to our visit was convenient. Front desk staff on check in & check out was great. Breakfast was good.」
