"The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well! We will definitely stay here again! My husband said it as we were leaving and he barely compliments anything! "We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "
