"Pros - big, grand hotel right outside of the central station, close to the football ground and also the Nordstan shopping centre. Staff were friendly. In-room facitilies fine. Cons - when choosing a hotel to stay in Gothenburg we chose this one because of the pool. After booking I found that there was an additional charge to use the pool. I disputed this as felt misled and the fee was waived. I would definitely not consider paying the fee to use the pool (approx £20 per person) as it is very small and pretty cold as it is on the rooftop."
