「Pool was closed. Staff didn't even know where plugins were so we could plug in our vehicle as it went down to -20. They charged a normal $100 damage deposit that usually is just a hold. It went through. Not impressed」

「Room was clean. Soaps/shampoos weren’t great and brands were mismatched so kind of strange. There was a sign on the room that said they don’t provide housekeeping for stays shorter than two nights which is fine for me because I usually leave up my do not disturb sign anyway. There was a fridge but no microwave. Heating system worked great. Due to it being winter their parking lots were pretty snow filled and slippery. The staff were all great. Spa was fantastic and the pool was great. 」
