"Room was fairly clean- enough for a one night stay. The main issue was the noise. There were people going in and out and yelling and partying literally all night long. We also had people standing outside our window talking, partying and smoking until 4am…smoke came right through the (closed) window all night. I’ve never given a negative review to anyone before and feel bad doing it this time as well but want others to be aware as we got no sleep the entire night. There is no way staff did not hear the screaming, yelling, etc. 🙁"

"Room was nice. Bathroom was great in the suite we had. I think the best part was the breakfast. Made to order omelets and waffles. We stayed here to see Zack Bryan in concert. It was a drive to the Americas Dome but we liked this hotel. We will be staying here anytime we come to St. Louis."

"The suite was pretty nice. Would have been 5 stars if they had had robes, extra blankets, a little hand soap in the bathroom and a battery in the smoke detector. We asked for blankets and robes, received 1 robe which was to small to wear, especially without a belt and a couple of sheets."

"The WiFi was fine. Our main issue was how hard the bed was. It was like sleeping on the floor. We stayed for 3 nights and that mattress just killed our hips and backs. I typically prefer a firm mattress, so coming from me, that’s saying something. "

"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

"The bathroom body wash dispensers and lotion were empty. The shuttle service stated shuttle to local area. When asked shuttle driver he said yes but the front desk stated no. Change your website to reflect airport only. Never asked about our stay. Toilet paper and towels were overlooked. Dinner was good breakfast was expensive for what was offered."
