Air conditioner was an after the fact install, very loud and room was to warm to turn off. No hot water, called front desk, no phone in room, front desk said they would check on it, 3 days later still waiting to hear back. Turns out it takes 20 minutes for hot water to show up at the room.

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again.

room was clean, bathroom had a weird smell. front desk staff were not that pleasant especially the old dude and the valet workers were not very great either

Staff was amazing, hotel was very clean and we were able to walk to multiple different places. Hotel is directly across from the Spectrum Center which is one of the places we walked to.
