The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. ...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte - Ballantyne by IHG
Lovely hotel at a great price point. Very clean. The deadbolt lock on my room did not work. I asked twice for it to be repaired-to no avail. Because of this I checked out a day early and was refused a credit for the night. Disappointing.

AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne
I had a great stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and modern. I would definitely stay here again.
