"No issues, always a pleasant stay"

"Our towels were used before we got there. They were folded but were filthy. The blanket looked like it had drops of blood or salsa (couldn't tell which) on it. Called the front desk and the lady who answered didn't want to come to our room with clean linen. Waffles were good. Just hoping we didn't leave with anything comunicable."

"The staff was great, including the bartender. We had dinner at the bar and the food was delicious. We were so surprised as we weren’t expecting that. Hats off to the chef."

"There was a spider on my pillow, as well as a wad of hair on my pillow. There was a long hair on my husband’s pillow as well. A silverfish walking across the floor that I luckily saw as I almost stepped on it. The room was dusty and floor was dirty. Overall the hotel seemed run down, which was sad, as it looked beautiful in its heyday. Staff was friendly and nice. I guess you get what you pay for, but was at least hoping for a clean room. "

"Parking was great. The cleanliness and up keep can be greatly improved. Sidewalks and parking lots are full of debris, items that can be easily swept up. Outside trash containers were never emptied during our 5-day stay. By the time we left, they were past overflowing. Housekeeping staff reported there were spots on the bedding from our dog and charged us an extra $30. I'm still trying to figure out what they were referring to. I checked bedding prior and saw nothing. We never ate breakfast there. It consisted of toast, bagels, rolls, or cold cereal. "
