「Clean room.」

「Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a cheerful and energetic young lady. She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening. The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.」

「The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The soap in the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.」
