「When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator.」

「The troom we had was a handicapped room. It was nice and clean. However there was no closet which I found odd.」

「Clean room. Quiet even though it’s close to the main road. Easy food options. (Recommend 5 guys shakes over Chik fila.( Breakfast was limited compared to other locations. That was our only negative.」

「The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest...

「Wonderful experience overall, the AC could feel a little crisp. The fan was on but it felt like the room did not have the cool crispness you’d expect on warm days. Enjoyed the stay.」

「The front dest staff was great. She got us into our room early. My husband had surgery that morning. I knew he would not make it until 3:00. Staff got us in at 1:30. What we did not like was the long walk from parking to the room. We were right behind tennis court. In my opinion the court could be removed to allow closer parking to the room. There are also a lot of stairs in the complex. Staff gave us a downstairs room but had to use stairs to have breakfast and get ice.」

「Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.」

「Room floor wasn’t clean. Top safety lock was broken. Management was very nice and accommodating though.」

「The property was nice and what I expected. The evening I checked in, the afternoon manager was training someone new. She was kind of rude, referring to me in the third person while she's telling the new hire what to do. What I mentioned that to her, she yelled at me like I was interrupting her training. Otherwise, the day was pleasant. The morning clerk was very nice.」
