"Thr room seemed clean but small bugs crawling on walls and floors. Breakfast is un applealling just waffles, coffee, cereal, sausage, fake scrambled eggs, bread, muffins, banana, apples, orange. Need more healthy options. The front desk did not provide extra pillows to surround the bed with my toddler so she doesnt fall off. The pool needs updating and cleaning for sure."

"We got the two bedroom suite and it had 3 queen beds. It was fairly clean , but the floors were not the cleanest. The shuttles were convenient and the pool was nice for some downtime. The price was reasonable considering the time of year we went. I would stay here again."

"Upon check in our PHENOMENAL service from Matt was AWESOME, as he went above & beyond - and it really just set the tone for our entire stay!!! The ENTIRE property is spotless clean & very nice, ground, lobby, rooms (we stayed on the 16th floor of the tower), restaurant, pool, etc!! The $9 breakfast add on for the on site Laguna restaurant (which I rarely do things like that) did NOT disappoint!!! Breakfast was VERY DELICIOUS & quality every morning! Hot, good, unique offerings, an omelet bar where they're made fresh to your specs right in front of you, along with everything else you could possibly want!! Our wait staff every morning at Laguna were FANTASTIC, attentive, & very nice!! Which besides the fact it was buffet style, made getting to the theme parks seamless & quick! We returned earlier than planned one evening & had dinner at Laguna at 10pm and our waitress Victoria was AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, & VERY SWEET, as was the gentleman who brought the food hot from the kitchen - which far surpassed our expectations of hotel restaurant food! The braised chicken tacos & caesar salad were VERY GOOD, & a good price! The personal pizza also ordered was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend this hotel, ESP for the cost! You could pay way more and get way less everywhere else! We WILL be back!!"

"We didn’t get breakfast, but by our choice, and yes the room was extremely comfortable, Charlie and the guy up front I’m sorry I forgot his name…was so nice and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again soon.😆♥️🌹"

"The property looked OK and smelled OK, but it was not clean in my room. The shower I actually needed shower shoes that was a first for me. There was hair all over the room. The bed was clean. The air conditioner was super loud and the shower leaked all over the floor. The room looks as it’s pictured, but there is a parking fee that is not disclosed and Expedia makes it sound like parking is included with the price. The location was the best thing about the property. It was close to everything. I wouldn’t stay here again just because this isn’t my cup of tea. I guess you get what you pay for. The pool also said it closed at nine, but there were people outside in the pool up and down the corridors all night."

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday. The biggest perk is definitely the Express Pass—it’s why we booked and it made a huge difference in our park experience and added real value to the stay. That said, the hotel is pricey for what you get onsite. The rooms are spacious, but they do feel a bit dated for the cost. Service was good overall but not consistently exceptional. The restaurants and room service are average…not bad, but also not exceptional. The pool is also average…was looking forward to the hot tub…warm, but def not quite what I’d expect at a resort. Overall, it’s a great choice if you plan to take advantage of the park perks—but not the best value if you’re looking for a luxury resort experience."
