"The property is showing signs of wear. Room was clean but paint peeling in corner, carpet had some bumps in it and the bed was not comfortable. Nice to have a full size fridge and cooktop with everything needed to cook for yourself if so desired. "

"Laundry service was out of order. Whole building was falling apart. Mold everywhere, leaking water, broken glass, terrible smells."

"Did not clean room until asked second day dirty chair other chair ripped and worn out asked for receipt said they could not because we booked with Expedia l will not book with them again. The whole stay was terbile. Breakfast was not offered only at extra charge"

"It was the cheapest hotel to book on Expedia and no warning of renovations going on and also no warning of area the property was located as there are lots of homeless people in the parking lot and front entrance. I checked out two days early. Thanks Expedia for a bad experience…"

"It is a hotel that was built when Regina was seeing better days. Nice brass, interesting decor. It is still reasonably clean, but definitely could use an upgrade. I don't want to complain- the staff is reasonably attentive, the parking is convenient and cheap, the location is good. Probably as good as it gets in Regina."
