"We really enjoyed our stay. The Valet can take a while to get in and out because the driveway is tight and demand for the service is high. The valet staff did the best they could and were polite. Plan on extra time getting in and out of the hotel with the valet service. It does cost around $50 for overnight but parking costs a pretty penny everywhere in this city. We were able to walk to breakfast nearby each morning. The beds in our room were pretty sunk in the middle which made sharing a bed a little difficult. Noise comes right in from the hall, but not so much through the walls. We recommend this hotel and will stay with OMNI in the future."

"The manager Rebecca was so welcoming and gave me the best customer service experience when staying here. She was professional, friendly and helpful as these days it’s hard to find around these parts. The cleanliness and quality of my room and entire building actually are hands down the best when compared to other 6 hotels very close proximity. The housekeeping staff are funny warm and also very professional I usually have to go in and wipe most things down but I am greatly satisfied and impressed by this team and hotel. To say the least this place gets a 10 and is the best bang for your buck. Thanks for caring and making me feel comfortable and can’t give enough credit to the cleanliness and overall management of the hotel. "
