I arrived early and the staff jumped right in and got the room cleaned in about 30 minutes. It was very clean and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the great staff on making this trip a great experience.

Staff was nice and we had a good time. Room we had was big with 2 queens. Next door had music booming but we could hardly hear the noise so was pleased on the sound barrier it had.

At least it was clean

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, neighborhood seemed safe. Bathroom door was hung crooked, had to hold it closed with my foot, pillows were crummy, dispensers in shower were empty-which you discover while you are in the shower.

The room itself was nice but had a strong smoke odor that stuck to my clothes and belongings. The location was not bad but turning in and out of the hotel is difficult to do. The breakfast included was great and staff was very nice.

Room was very clean and apparently had recently been renovated. For the cost was a very nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and service stations The outside of the building might cause doubts but the inside was above average

I had filed a complaint with customer service because management was horrible. First of all I had an air-conditioning issue in my room, the phone had the line cut, and the floors were filthy. When I spoke to the night staff, she was great. She was limited what she could do, but she would document it what she did. The following morning I spoke to the staff who stated he was a supervisor named Danny Patel, who was horrible he was rude and inconsiderate and just blatantly poor in customer service. He stated he was mad at me for complaining and I’m thinking really? I’m the consumer with the issues and you’re upset with me? I ended up filing a formal complaint with the corporation. I don’t recommend this location at all. It’s not worth it.

It wasn't their fault at all, but I had just started to check in, and the fire alarm went off. Turned out that it was frozen and burst water lines. About 30 minutes later I was finally checked in and in my room. Really clean and recently updated. Only major complaint from me would be that it was super cold and the wind was blowing hard

Jamie saved me, I got into a bike accident and just came from the hospital. She got off work and she bandaged my wounds, and made sure I recovered properly. I couldn’t have survived without her because how bad my injuries were.
