「The room was clean and comfortable even if the furniture was dated. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby area. 「I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. 「The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified.」
