「The staff was wonderful & our ocean view room was beautiful. Not a lot of entertainment, music, and choices for food. It was ok at best. Hotel is cashless & we were not made aware of that before we went.」

「Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.」

「We did the all inclusive option. The food is delicious and the portions are large. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the beach. Actually the water at the beach, as it's all rocks」

「The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property 」

「Extrodinary views. A bit of a walk to the beach, but if you like excercise its great. The snorkeling at the beach (and whole island) was phenominal. The bar area was great. 」
