Let me start off by saying the staff was truly amazing!!!! Everyone was always super friendly and nice. The only thing that I have to speak on is that we thought that we were getting bites from mosquitoes but I’m pretty sure that these are bedbugs that was biting us. So I did text the property once I got to Miami. I do have pictures as well. But, everything else was completely a good experience.

Clean property, but not much to do there. Lovely beach connected to the property and ability to snorkel or kayak, but the boats in the way took away from the beach feel for me…and the food was not worth the cost at all.

The property was very clean. The best part was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amazing restaurants! Very disappointed there was no service to our room during our stay which is one of those vacation perks.

Comfortable clean room. Nice to sit on the beach a two minute walk from your room. Power on the island was spotty but room was never out for more than a few seconds. One night our neighbors were loud and we could hear them pretty clearly when things got lively but they were fine and got quiet before it was too late, I could see that being and issue if you had bad neighbors but that could happen anywhere so still 5 stars.

This is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed in, the property was on a hill, no elevators, the staff didn’t even tell us where the stairs were, we were told our room was garden view like Hawaii and we had a few trees with a parking lot view, the beach area was small and pretty unusable, the food was expensive and not very good, the staff were completely unhelpful, they changed our room to an ocean view that was again the parking lot with a very slight view of the ocean in the distance, the furniture is outdated, nothing worked in the unit, even the phone wasn’t working, it was a horrible experience, never again. This is an upgraded motel 6.

The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

It’s a great place. We loved the front desk staff especially Carly. Check in and out was easy, we got all the help we needed for taxis, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants on site. Beach was well maintained, pool and hot tub were awesome. We stayed end of April/early March in a 1 bed king room which did have a little kitchenette to store food and drinks. Would recommend and would stay again. Don’t be afraid to call for golf cart service to and from the front desk, the resort is built into a mountain so walking is kind of steep.

AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. After standing outside in the humidity on the phone for over an hour, thankfully Expedia was able to rebook us at a nearby hotel where our experience was completely the opposite. I’d recommend that anybody pay the difference to stay at the ritz Carlton. One of the best stay experiences I’ve ever had and the money is worth all the extra amenities provided there. Thanks to Expedia for working with us and making our vacation not a flop! This hotel surely had no interest in our satisfaction.

The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view. We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food. The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool.

The rooms were very clean and accommodating. The only thing i recommend they get rid of are the Murphy beds. This is not a all inclusive resort however the food was great at the different restaurants on the resort.
