「We were greeted warmly. The staff were friendly & kind. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied & plentiful. Parking was easy. Location was good for us. An easy 45 minute walk to the centre.」

Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. 「The hotel is situated in the Ljubljana city centre, very close to Kongresni trg and all the local attractions. My room had a king size bed and was very clean. Members of staff were very helpful. Great breakfast and really good evening meal. Great choice of local wines and beers.」

「Very nice hotel a bit outside the city centre. Nice breakfast. Easy and cheap to get to the centre by public bus or taxi. The staff were increadibly nice and helpful. I would stay there again. 」

「The room was very comfortable and the service was perfect. The only down side that some people should be aware of is that the there is not an elevator to the rooms which are on the top floor. This wasn't an issue for me and I was aware of it prior to checking in but, for some people, it might make a difference. The location is hard to beat being only a block from the old town」
