"A busy hotel in a very convenient location. Stayed in the suite which was large and had a fantastic balcony with a view of the castle, highly recommended. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is if you don’t contact them about using their parking garage, you have to find your own, which, in an unfamiliar city can be daunting."

"Had a great 3 night stay. The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of everywhere you need to be. The room was spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. "I had a perfect stay at Hotel Heritage. The hotel is in an amazingly convenient location for those wanting to explore Ljubljana. As such, it is in a pedestrian-only portion of the city, but the staff helped me find the most convenient spot for car arrival and departure. Indeed, the staff were helpful and attentive throughout (and before) my stay. I am female solo traveler, and I felt safe during my entire time at the hotel. The breakfast spread was also varied and delicious! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Slovenia’s capital."
