"Clean room. Good breakfast. Fitness room is small but perfect for my needs. You can choose not to have your room clean and they give you a complimentary drink (put the tag on your door ) - I really liked this idea. Overall a nice experience , only suggestion is : if you have light sleep maybe book an interior room. The city can be a bit noisy at night and you may hear cars passing by if you have a view over the street . I didn’t have any problem with it, but I know some people would . I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I come to Ljubljana "

"All staff were amazing, from initial check-in on Friday March 6th to the Kitchen (fantastic Scrambled Eggs) and I want to make particular mention to Tina from Reception who is an absolute superstar! Tina went out of her way to assist me in finding Gluten Free Dining options including telling me about the various local dishes, drinks and the best places to go. Her manor and demeanour is incredibly professional and she deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service skills."

"The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂"

"We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality."

"The room we occupied was on the 21st Floor with amazing views over this delightful city. The room was of adequate size but short of storage space for a longer stay. The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met."
