「The stay was fine. The battery-powered lock ran out of power late at night, and I could not get into my room for 8 hours. No communication from the property owner until regular business hours. Others had a similar experience.」

「It started with the check in issue. When I received the welcome email, it never said to do all 3 steps BEFORE getting to the property. As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival).
