Hamilton Hotel Washington DC
The lobby is beautiful and smells really great. However when I checked into the hotel (paid an early check in fee) the bathroom was not fully cleaned, when I let housekeeping know she told her supervisor, they came back together and looked at it but did nothing to fix it right away
