Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities the hotel provided. I especially appreciated the kitchen, which was fully equipped with all the basic utensils a family might need. During our four-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned, but this was not an issue for us since the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean and well maintained upon arrival.
One drawback was that the reception desk was not open 24 hours; it operated only between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Additionally, there was no security guard at the entrance. Guests must enter the building using a code provided at check-in. This is a serious concern given the surrounding neighborhood.
The area around the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We frequently saw scary individuals on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. On one evening, a homeless woman suddenly ran toward my wife, screaming without any reason, which left her extremely frightened. After that incident, we avoided going outside after the evening.
In summary, while the hotel itself was clean and well equipped, the neighborhood did not feel safe. Having a security guard at the entrance might improve guest safety and overall comfort.
