Perfect for Biz Trips

The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. You have everything you need for your stay. Depending on your visiting purpose, this place could be great. Wouldn't stay there for a honeymoon though.

Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities the hotel provided. I especially appreciated the kitchen, which was fully equipped with all the basic utensils a family might need. During our four-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned, but this was not an issue for us since the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean and well maintained upon arrival. One drawback was that the reception desk was not open 24 hours; it operated only between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Additionally, there was no security guard at the entrance. Guests must enter the building using a code provided at check-in. This is a serious concern given the surrounding neighborhood. The area around the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We frequently saw scary individuals on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. On one evening, a homeless woman suddenly ran toward my wife, screaming without any reason, which left her extremely frightened. After that incident, we avoided going outside after the evening. In summary, while the hotel itself was clean and well equipped, the neighborhood did not feel safe. Having a security guard at the entrance might improve guest safety and overall comfort.

A new apartment-style hotel located within walking distance to metro station, Union Market, Union Station, and the convention center. Tons of restaurants not too far away. The room is huge, with plenty of amenities, especially in-unit washer/dryer. Also appreciate the smart TV and the full-size fridge. Service was quick, but the cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Very helpful, courteous, efficient work by desk staff, especially Jordan. We appreciate the location for many near-by shopping & eating choices, the travel options & the spacious room. La stanza pulita ma soprattutto c’era tutto l’occorrente per il bagno, la cucina e la lavanderia! Non ho dovuto comprare nulla e questo è stato molto comodo! L’unica piccola cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la via dell’appartamento: non mi sono sentita al sicuro, dovevo fare una camminata veloce per due isolati per sentirmi tranquilla. Hotel was great, no complaints. Area can be a little rough around the edges. Has the feeling of a former run-down neighborhood that is in the middle of a gentrification. There are some nice buildings in the area mixed in with some old run down buildings. Heard there is a shelter somewhere nearby, so you may come across some interesting people. Overall, positive experience
