Definitely the best hotel option I made. The hotel conditions are great, room was clean and nice, walking distance from many attractions. Will stay again. Can improve parking costs, other than that, everything was great.

The Wharf area is a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Lots of excellent dining options and activities, although on the pricey side. The Hyatt House is conveniently located and the condition of the hotel was good. We were a little disappointed with the room cleaning and services. We had to ask for replacement towels and coffee service, which at this price point should not be needed.

Great location on the Wharf. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool table in the bar needs some servicing. Morning breakfast was surprisingly good.

The hotel enjoys a picturesque setting with numerous dining establishments and retail outlets conveniently located within walking distance. However, there is room for improvement in the amenities offered relative to the price point. Provision of basic amenities such as bottled water and higher quality coffee would enhance the guest experience. The breakfast service was satisfactory.

Desk staff at check in couldn’t care less. This was our first visit to the area and she barely answered our questions about where to park. What elevator to use and other basic questions. The free breakfast was warm at best and low quality. For paying over $350 a night we should have been treated much better

Noise from karaoke club below sometimes Would have liked dressing gowns. Otherwise all good Charged $65 for valet parking and we don’t have a car! Phoned reception from Union station and was assured it would be credited to my credit card. Asked for new invoice receipt to be emailed to me but have yet to receive.

The rooms smelled like weed. Front desk was accommodating and gave us a new room but same weed smell in the new room. Maybe something in the system. Won’t be coming back there.

The hotel is very nice. Room has everything you need. The location isn’t the best in terms of safety. As a solo traveller I did not feel safe going out at night. That’s a first for me! Lots of youth occupying the area and it appeared as though they were looking for trouble. I love staying at the Hyatt normally. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No bath tub only shower in a room I stayed. No handheld shower. Breakfast was included, upon arrival I was informed. Dog friendly with fee it seems. Valet parking $65/day. Kitchenette (Dishwasher, full refrigerator and freezer) was somewhat helpful if you want to eat something in your room. Pool is at the PH outdoor thus only summer I suppose. Access to outdoor was helpful to view fireworks. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I wished little bit more cleanliness. Both days outdoor staircase needed to be cleaned up. Around the welcome coffee, hot water trashcan were more than full.

Property was okay. I could be cleaner. Staff was friendly, included breakfast was great. Please be aware that in addition to the pricey hotel stay per night, you have to pay for parking if driving. Hotel Parking is $60 per day. So if you stay 5 nights, it would be $300 just for parking.

The complimentary breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, catering to different dietary needs, including chicken and turkey sausage, which was a thoughtful touch. Place is clean and the staff is excellent. Hotel’s air conditioning was a bit faulty. It was warm at night despite lowering the temperature down to 65F. Otherwise, we had a great time. Location is awesome for cherry blossoms, we walked to the basin 4 times. Would stay here again.

The faucet was broken and hanging off the sink when we arrived. The front desk was very quick to fix it but when spending over $500 a night I expect things to be top notch when I get there. The maid knocked on our door at 8am to clean which is way too early and the hotel advertised breakfast until 10:30 and when I got downstairs at 10:10, they had already taken up half the food and I was rushing to grab what they were taking up as I was trying to get something. If the breakfast is until 10:30, it should be fully stocked until then.

The hotel stated check- in at 3pm. We did not get to check in our room til 4:35pm after multiple times of letting front desk know we had reservations at 5p and needed to change and freshen. The hotel does not reserve parking for those who stay. We had to park 5 blocks down then walk to and from our car. You pay for waterfront amenities, but get a subpar experience. I think cheaper hotels in the area would give better service.

All within a mile of the monuments and museums, easy to walk or Uber. Great dining and shopping options. Easy to and from their airport. The staff were helpful and so nice!

Cute hotel, super cozy. The views are definitely beautiful, especially in the night. You can see the lights from the airport. The only downside is the parking. You have to pay for the parking garage which is $60 a night. Yes, your car is safe but if you’re staying at a hotel on this strip I feel like you should at least get a discount. The garage is a huge strip down below which is a garage for the whole area. It’s still pretty safe but again just the price on top of already staying there.
