Disappointing experience, almost a nightmare.

It looks like air-con was automated but it was not. No air-conditioning throughout the 3 nights of my stay which IS a nightmare!

位置很棒，全家出游，时间比较宽松，在这个酒店还是很合适的，可以自己做饭，离Whole food Market步行大概15分钟。如果在网上预订后分到合适的房间感觉会很不错。一旦有问题找客服就很麻烦，需要打电话联系，而且不解决问题。我们当时的房间靠街道，特别吵，而且窗帘是百叶窗，根本不遮光（路灯晚上一直亮着），打电话联系，说好第二天给换房间的，一直也没有给换，要求延期一天住宿，答应了要发邮件确认的，一直也没发。

The unit was very dated with many items either simply not working or is a state of disrepair. Specifically, the A/C was not working upon arrival. Also, the toaster and coffee machine were not working and we did not receive a replacement until the day prior to checkout. The bathroom in the master room was also in poor shape and poorly laid out. The toilet seat was loose to the point of detaching from the toilet and the blow dryer only worked in one setting. The shower is less than 3 foot by 3 foot with a corner cut

Lots of broken odds and ends. Management company did not contact the front desk of the property timely. Fixtures and furniture very cheap. Spend an hour on the phone with three people to just get access to our room. Convenience for price is the only advantage. It’s a big one, but needs help.

Not worth the hassle or price. You'll book through Expedia but there's a *second process* you have to go through, including uploading pictures of your credit card, sending your birthday, etc. Oh, and you better do it ASAP or they'll threaten to cancel your stay! On top of that, there isn't parking there unless you stay for at least a month. I didn't find that out until I tried to reserve it, and had to fend for myself. Thankfully DC has options, but not exactly the easy experience I hoped for. At check in, it turned out they gave our room away and had to place us in another unit. I only found out, of course, when the front desk told me there were no keys for me and I had to call customer support. Exactly what I felt like doing after a long drive! Once inside, the unit was dingy and dirty in places. The bed had barely any support to it, there was no iron or ironing board as promised, and there was only a single towel set in the bathroom, despite booking for two travelers. Oh, and the building reeks of old cigarettes. It's not the worst place you'll stay in, for sure, but there are so many other options nearby. Don't spend your time or money here. I wish I hadn't.

First of all the parking is located directly under the building. Global Luxury Suites gave me the wrong address so we spent about 45 min trying to locate the parking garage. We were told it cost $28 but was $30 per day. It was open 7AM until 11PM. We were informed we would not be allowed to go in and out. The toilet did not flush. A repair was not made until the next day. The sofa did not function properly. I am requesting at least half of my stay to be reimbursed as basic emergency repairs were not done in a timely fashion and the sofa bed did not work.

Easy check-in, nice lobby and front desk, pretty good location. Washer/dryer was a plus. The apartment was very outdated and poorly maintained. Holes in wall, light switches cracked/broken hall lights, damage the floors and baseboards, lampshade broken and crooked (just really added to the shape over all), furniture in poor shape. I guess you get what you pay for. Good in a pinch or on a tight budget and plan to be out of the room most of the time.

Staff was responsive once we let them know of minor issues. Great location for eating and walking to the White House and other sites. Apartment accommodated all five of us easily with comfort.

Physical check in was very easy. The rooms were good. The pre-check in was very discouraging. We won’t be using this property again. They violated ADA and required paperwork that was against federal law. I am very concerned I will be charged. We will see.

the apartment had a bad smell as soon as we walked in. THen we noticed there was mold around the baseboards in the kitchen. From that we noticed there was water under the laminate floor boards that bubbled up between them. We would get wet socks when walking in the kitchen area. Also, the bed mattress was terrible, too soft and lumpy. There was only one lamp in the bedroom that gave very poor lighting. There was no free wifi either. the location was great, but the apartment definitely not 'luxury'.

The room was supposed to have two beds, one in the bedroom and one pull-out couch in the main room. However, the pull-out couch had dirty sheets on it, and there were no blankets for it anywhere in the unit. When we called to request blankets, the “emergency customer service” said that no one was available to bring us new blankets until the next morning. After three more calls, they finally brought us a blanket at 4pm the next day. However, that left one member of our party with nowhere to sleep the first night, as there were no blankets, no clean sheets, and it was 30 degrees outside. The front desk “concierge” suggested that I go to a store and buy a blanket. There was also a dirty, used washcloth left in the bathroom. There was only one coffee cup (for a unit that sleeps 3) and only one provided packet of coffee (to make a single pot for a 3 night stay). Truly the only redeeming quality of this place was its central location, but everything else was underwhelming or simply unacceptable as far as customer service goes.

The room was clean, but unfortunately the positive review ends there. There is no TV in the second bedroom. The wifi password included with the check in paperwork does not work. There was mold under the sinks. The floors are a cheap laminate that is swelling and separating. The bathroom light did not work. The mattresses was of the lowest quality. Do not go expecting to get a good night sleep. Towels were extremely limited. The hallways going to the room had a strong odor. The lobby was dirty and extremely worn down. The room was not worth want they are charging. There are several other upscale hotels in the area that offer a better experience for the same amount money.

Room was great, check in was easy, and instructions for check out were clear and concise. The only recommendation would be to place a slip proof mat in the bathroom. It is extremely slippery and almost fell several times.

It was good and clean. We stay in this building yearly due to location. 1. No window view, and we didnt like looking in to neighbor's windows or them ours. Keep blinds closed. Lol 2. Master bed broke when my wife sat on it. 3. No Keurig or pod style coffee machine. Other than those 3 things, it was good.
