"We are long-time fans of this hotel, but our latest stay fell short. We stayed for three days and received no housekeeping services. No trash pickup or fresh towels which was especially difficult with four people in one room. We love staying here and hope to see these service standards improved for our next visit"

"Need to update website to better explain access to amenities specifically pool access. It was closed and an outdoor one which did show up like that on the website"

"Rooms were a little small, no carpet on floor so walked on bare floor. Floors were a little dirty. Nevertheless hotel staff were very accommodating and helped with extending my stay for one more night while I was attending to my mom at hospital."
