The room had a few stuff that were broken, the tv was not working but were fixed, we talked to 2 spanish cleaning staff and they were very nice, front desk were not that nice. Amenities were ok. We thought was going to be a better looking hotel because of the name but was not like that.

Washington Plaza Hotel
Clean room, nice location. Staff are courteous and the manager was there by chance during his rounds when we checked out and took care of our problem immediately. Thank you for taking care of me and my husband during our stay. Will definitely come back next time .
