"Everything about this place was great. From mad at the front desk to Brian the van shuttle driver told us all the cool places to go. Took us downtown for dinner on Saturday night and picked us up didn't have to worry about driving the property was great didn't have a chance to use the pool but restaurant bar next door was very fairly priced and we had a great time would definitely recommend"
"Historic old building, beautifully remade into small hotel. The bathroom for our room was across the hall, although still private. We were skeptical about this, but it worked out just fine. Outstanding personal service by owner--attentive and helpful. Our bed had a duvet on it and the room was hot during the night. We would have much preferred lighter blankets that could be layered. Location downtown in historic district. Nice breakfast and outside eating area. We recommend!"
"Spa was great, front desk was very helpful
When we needed a couple things. Very clean and spacious rooms. Loves the sink and countertop outside the bathroom also"
"We had a great time on our weekend vacation. The Galena Inn was such a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the quaint charm of the place and was greeted warmly. The breakfast was delicious."
Live demonstrations provide a fascinating experience at this blacksmith shop, with anvils and fire pokers glowing red hot and bending to the might of the hammer.
