"Friendly staff, outdoor area to eat which was handy with the recent hot weather . We had breakfast which had a good selection of English breakfast items. Happy with our stay for the price we payed and free parking which is always a bonus and friendly staff."

"The hotel is set in a lovely location and the main building is full of character. The bar area is a little small and getting served can take a while. Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, they seemed to be under a lot of pressure and not very well organised. The food was excellent but again the time it took was quite long in some cases. "The room had everything you need but wasn’t clean and they don’t clean during your stay either. You can get new towels from reception, but no one is coming to get your previous wet/used ones. Reception desk is impressive and the 2 girls were smiley and attentive. Bathroom was ok but looking very tired. Shower was good and powerful. Parking is easy and the golf course looks good. For the price it wasn’t great value. We might stay again if we can’t find anything better, for the next Goodwood...

"The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, my stay didn't meet expectations. The primary reason I chose this hotel over others in town was the spa, and I was quite disappointed to find that it was inaccessible to hotel guests. It proved very difficult to book either online or in person throughout my entire visit. Given that the location is a bit further out from the city center, the inability to use the spa facilities significantly impacted the value of my stay. I hope the hotel...
