"The hotel is sparkling clean and smells amazing when you enter. The grounds and the pool were very clean. The gym smelled good and was very clean. The site was large and immaculate as well. As you can probably tell, I’m a stickler on cleanliness and they exceeded my expectation. We were greeted by Steve(n) (from the Bronx), who was very warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful with local information. The next day we met Sarah, who was an absolute delight. We chatted about things to do and she gave us a list of restaurants and told us the best places where we could take in the fireworks. We went to Sharky’s and it was awesome! Check out was a breeze. "I planned this trip on a budget so I did not expect a five-star experience at this place. The pool looked like a large bowl of moldy soup and probably hasn't been used in a few years. There was no breakfast as advertised and I had no TV my entire stay. When I called for assistance they came and looked at the TV then said they would need to contact Comcast. Comcast never came and issue was never resolved. That was very upsetting. There was no extra security locks on my door which made me feel a little unsafe after seeing a few sketchy individuals roaming nearby late at night. In my 4 day stay I saw a total of seven bugs and can confirm 3 were indeed roaches. However, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfy and the AC was ice cold. The water view from my room was also decent. The staff was kind and friendly. However due to the false advertisement. I would not recommend staying at this location. "
