Major issue was not being able to get a lounger at the spa, and when mentioned to the spa staff very little was done to help (there were many loungers not being used, and proper policing would have made this more enjoyable for all) A handful of others ...

It is not just people having a drink, but actively partying and shouting with a dj. This place should not be listed as a hotel. Do yourself a favour ...
