"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "Our stay was fantastic. Jason was very friendly and accomodating. The property itself was amazing nothing but the sound of nature and wildlife. Dundas which we stayed in was well equipped and extremely cosy. I highly recommend this to my friends."

"The room was fantastic with a bay window high up overlooking the street. It was well furnished with a very comfortable bed and we had a great nights sleep. The only downside was the bathroom which was 'compact' (not really a problem) but the shower did not work well in that that it never got beyond just above cold and had a miserable trickle of water. We spoke to staff before leaving and they were appalled that this had happened and were going to get it looked at. Overall, very happy to stay there again."
