"You can’t beat the location. Apartment has everything you need including a furnished balcony to watch the pedestrians, beaches, and beachside activities! The room was clean, simple, and everything we needed! The AC was a great way to welcome us back each day after our activities. The hosts were excellent and provided us with great recommendations for activities over our stay. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a no frills, clean apartment in an outstanding location!"

"Our studio apartment was spotless and had everything in it that we needed, it even had a 210cm TV (SO BIG). The couple who oversaw "Sanctuary Resort" were both delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would we go back? Absolutely!"

"We were on the roadside-- but still very quiet. Parking off street available but we parked on the road as it was closer to our unit. Loved the indoor/ outdoor living. Coffee on room available. 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Very safe town and very friendly. We used the pool and hottub daily. Jim waa very pleasant and helped us plan our day trip up to Daintree and the young fellow that works there suggested the croc tour-- which was AMAZING!! Bed was made up 1x (we were there 5 nights) which was fine, new towels were given 2x during our stay. We also asked for new pool towels which we recieved at the front desk and also asked for an extra umbrella--just a 'little' rain fell! Loved Palm Cove and thanks expedia for the $35 gift cert. to one of the restaurants. "

"The apartment was great (location, etc.) but the furniture was all pretty beat up and really needed replaced. There was also construction going on around the pool the entire stay, which was rather inconvenient. Staff were helpful but sparse."

"First when we arrived , I have noticed my Room Main Tv was broken , I have immediately notified one of the staff member, sent email and called after hours staff member on the phone but for 4 days there was no contact at all from anyone I did get an email saying someone will contact me on saturday which never happened, Both rooms had different facility. Room 1 did not have a espresso machine and sodastream . So all on all both rooms have different facility but same charges???"
