「We had a great stay overall! The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was a nice bonus — a couple of options and good quality, though the waffle maker could use a little attention. There was no nonstick spray available, so waffles kept getting stuck, and the machine seemed to have temperature issues. I saw several guests try to make waffles, only to have them stick and end up throwing them away. One small downside was that we could hear the people...

「Great place to stay in the Little Apple! Availability is wonderful when KSU games are played away and bigger KSU functions are not in play. If you choose a weekend for big functions and games - book extra early advance. Clean, comfortable and great staff. If you are a late check in (after 11:00pm) be mindful of your surroundings as there were sketchy people walking, biking and driving around the lots (there are 2 other hotels next door) and the parking lot lighting for all is very low and dark. 」

「Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. 」
