「Quite nice and new hotel with associated restaurant and bar. Overallgreat experience. Staff might be too busy during afternoon and we missed opportunity to ask for toothbrush etc.」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「Property was Totally clean inside. External shrubs were over grown in parts. Entry to car parking needs attended too. Sweeping ect.」
