「Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. There was hair and eye lashes in the main bed also which was a bit gross. Dated unit. Noisey from traffic on a Saturday night. Probably...

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady in the kitchen Would definitely recommend if you want no frills accommodation and total relaxation and peacefulness」

「On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

「We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.」
