「Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel.
We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned.
I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash.
I will not be staying here again.」

「Our stay was wonderful. Just a few things to point out. The staff is amazing. Period. We wished the beach service served food and drinks. That would make it so convenient for guests to be served on the beach.
One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there which is a bit odd considering it was 5 days. Other than that, our stay was fabulous.」
