"Great stay"

"Although the property is a little older, everything was clean and very well maintained. The front desk clerk, Cat, made our check-in process so easy! Cat was delightful and set the perfect tone for our girls’ trip. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was just right for our group of six. Every need we had was met with a smile and quickly accommodated. The location of the hotel was also very convenient to Love Square where tickets could be purchased for different tourist options."

"The free airport shuttle service and especially the shuttle driver were excellent, well over 5 stars. The same can be said for the check-in experience and the front desk staff. The property is simply old, dirty, and worn out in general. The room smelled stale and unhealthy. The HVAC unit rattled and were filthy. Hilton really needs to make upgrading or renovating this property a priority. Will stay elsewhere next time."

"The room was clean and more than sufficient for me, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool though the edge of the pool had some damage. Parking was fine, if expensive. All of my concerns are really the difference between the hotel being conveniently located to my destination and a similar hotel much farther from the city. World Cup was also in town which drove up prices everywhere."
