The rooms and facilties were clean and well kempt. Must mention that the swimming pool is beautiful. Had a good time in the spa facilities. The walk by the sea and the garden was the highlight of the mothers day. For a grand hotel as Hythe imperial, It was surprising that a room did not have robes ...

Excellent hotel and facilities. Had issue where toilet roll holder came off the wall and the shower would not stay in position due to fault meaning I had to hold the shower head up while showering. Apart from that was a great stay albeit the room was a little small
