"the room was disgusting, the furniture looked like it came from a yard sale or thrift store (chipped and dirty), the bathroom looked like it was shabbily fixed with really bad caulk and paint and the bath tub drain was covered in rust. I am usually fine to deal with most things, BUT this place should close and rehab before anyone get some disease. Hotels.com please check who is posting such glowing reviews of this place...unbelievable."

"Frequent traveler here. This is not a 4-star hotel. During my stay, housekeeping took my newly purchased mascara ($40+) and one of my organic face towels. I spoke with several people, but no one followed up and no compensation was offered. Disappointing experience."

"We stayed here for one night this weekend, and thankfully it was only for one night. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance and overall improvement. The shower handle in our room was broken, and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It had noticeable indents, and you could feel every spring, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. To make matters worse, when we returned to our room in the evening, I saw several roaches crawling on the hallway wall near our room, which was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. There is definitely a lot of TLC needed here. Based on our experience, the hotel needs to do much better in terms of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest comfort."

"Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. The bed was a bit lacking - it was oddly short and the springs were very squeaky and also I think there was plastic on it. For a budget hotel not bad though! I do wish they provided conditioner and lotion vs just shampoo and bar soap. Also it smelled weird but not terrible just a strong cleaning smell maybe."
