"We stayed in total for 9 days in November 2025. The location was perfect in Old Town with easy access to the Metro, Old Town for restaurants and bars and short distances to some major sights. The hotel Manager and Reception staff were professional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a minibar if one wanted to use, a coffee maker and an in room safe for security. Hot water always available in the shower and bathroom. There was also a heated towel rail which was useful on chilly mornings that we had whilst there. Heating was very efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with av variety of hot and cold foods. Serving and kitchen staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. Overall a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very tasteful with everything you could need. The pool and spa facilities were also very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with such a huge variety of options. I would definitely stay here again. "
