"the room was OK. The luggage cart was essentially unusable(I had a lot of luggage). For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what was what with the tv. The guide was basically undecipherable. The bed was very nice. The air conditioning was quite loud. So loud in fact that i had to turn it off despite it being august and quite warm. There was a bit of back mold in the bathroom and the floor could have been vacuumed better. All in all, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't enough to make me choose Holiday Inn over some of the other more consistent competitors."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."
