「Horrible staff」

「Lovely room, very spacious and cosy」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Honestly the worst place I've ever stayed! Do not stay here, the rooms are dirty and the noise is ridiculous. You will not sleep! Take this as a warning to go elsewhere!」

「Lovely little place to stay with an Italian restaurant downstairs! Food was great too!」

「Beautiful unique property! Rooms with all the modern comforts. Breakfast was delicious! Staff outstanding! Enya especially was wonderful!」

「Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend.」

「The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly」

The carpet was badly worn and peeling off the floor, the cheap divan base was broken so the mattress was either springy or wavy, didn't dare actually look at the mattress... Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the...

「It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.」
