The key reader battery died when we got back at night and staff said there was no way to get into room or to our things until morning. They put us in a room with 2 double beds instead of a king. Night staff was not apologetic or helpful. Would not stay here again.

Sheraton Raleigh Hotel
Entrance is welcoming and Updated.Rooms are a little outdated we were on floor five it seemed to have a sewer smell in the hall. Location is great staff friendly, 7/10

Great place to stay. We were overnight for an early flight. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station
We were a bit disappointed because the hotel description on hotels.com said the pool would be open in April, but when we checked in we were told that it wouldn't be open until May. The outside pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel - my daughter was really looking forward to playing ...

Need to have complimentary breakfast. Room was clean & bed was comfy. Front desk staff was polite, helpful and courteous. Pool was not open yet. Hall way carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced.

A bit dated but clean. Super friendly staff. Decent fitness center. Quieter than hotels inside the beltline and since it's close to the highway only like a 10-minute drive from downtown.
