"First time staying there and usually I check the reviews before hand. I was disappointed afterward reading a ton of reviews and was expecting to have issues. I arrived early and asked if they had an available rom that was not used the prior night. They didn't ( not there fault check in isn't til 2pm anyways.) So I went to some other places to kill time and as soon as I walked in they saw me, greeted me and got me checked in promptly. They showed me where everything was and then checked on me to see if I needed anything. Pool and hot tub was perfect, clean and not over bearing with chemicals. Breakfast was even good, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt with fresh crushed nuts and cranberries. Hot and cold cereal. Staff was even great in the morning. So I'm dumbfounded on the bad reviews when my stay was absolutely amazing!!! The only negative i can say is I haven't received my deposit back yet. ( but I haven't called my bank for release yet either) I will say they are remodeling the 3rd floor but ya couldn't tell unless you went to get Ice."
