"We had a late arrival, but were able to check in online. The lady at the front desk made the rest of the process go very smoothly so we could get to our room and sleep. The beds appeared new and were quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was fresh, with many options to choose from. Hotel location itself is very close to restaurants, gas stations, and the highway--convenient for road trips. We would definitely stay there again!"

"I loved this hotel. I am not much of a gambler but a friend is so I went. The staff really made the difference for me. I loved the pool area. If you are staying here you should probably know that you have to be 21 to gamble in this Resort you only have to be 18 at others if gambling means something to you. And this does draw a gambling partying crowd my room was very quiet there were people in the elevators having a good night. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend this as a family stop but for adults who when I get away it really wasn't bad and as a non-gambler person who likes a lot of quiet I really managed to have a nice time. Much of this is because the staff just went out of their way. There were some little chocolate guitars they give out and I wanted an extra one and they gave me five. They knew our college kids couldn't even be on the floor and so they routed them to some places they could go to have a good time so it was a great balance of good fun for the people who wanted to have it and quiet for me. Once I was in my room it was very quiet and the pool time was pretty quiet for the most part until after about 10:00 p.m. I would stop here again just in trouble it was a great place to stay and it is close to a lot of local facilities but mostly it was the staff that made my day."

"There was an evening during my stay where there was a false emergency alarm that continued to go off. We received a letter of apology through the night after they were able to get it under control. It was alarming, but outside of that the stay was great. Staff was accommodating, the facilities felt clean, and the room service and dining options were efficient and delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again should I visit Tulsa another time."
