"I came in on Monday evening about 8:30 and found the food options very limited early in the week. If you want anything to eat Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday after standard dinner hour, be prepared to use the food court or go off property. Also if you are an early riser, don’t look for coffee or food before 7 AM those days as well. The diner was a great breakfast and the food court has tasty sandwiches and Mexican food.
