One employee particularly, Melissa, at the front desk who was extremely helpful to us on check in while also managing a credit card problem on another room and multiple other guests waiting to check in. She never lost her composure or showed any frustration in the situation. On Saturday we had a second reservation requiring us to need to check out and check back in. When we arrived downstairs early that morning she had already completed the transaction and had our new keys ready for us!!! She is an outstanding employee.
