"We got in at 4:45 after a whole day of travel and our room was not available. We had a tight timeline for a graduation had the take the risk of having g all our stuff in our car until midnight and couldn’t freshen up. The staff was rude. We love Expedia and have had great experiences but have also found new hotel practices charging us if we want a late check our- shouldn’t we get a refund if our room is not ready and we have to change our plans?? There was no gym hot tub out of commission, we would be fine with this but the coffee was 9 hours old carpets were dirty, no elevator, chipped pain on the walls and overall dirty and dated. We would even look passed that if they were nice. Anything g we asked , they said since we book though Expedia rhe really had nothing to offer or help with- not even a fresh brew of coffee. Disappointed"

"Great hotel staff. I left some meds in the safe and they are aged to get them back to me (though I will say that the service they use was crazy expensive! I had three medication bottles and I had two service options: UPS $111.00 or USPS $36.00. Both of which I thought were overpriced but the UPS rate was disgusting (that’s the best word I can use to describe it). But the hotel doesn’t make those prices so I don’t blame them but I wanted to share the info just as a reminder to double check the dresser drawers the nightstands AND THE ROOM SAFE if you have one before you check out of the hotel 😎"

"This is an old 20 year old hotel. That has Marriott Bonvoy name. The bed creaks, the elevator is the slowest door closing almost like its a horror movie. In the evening the halls reak of Chicken Pot Pie or something of that ilk. It permeates through the hotel, people have kitchens. "

"Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there."

"Pretty run down for a Hyatt House. Not like other Hyatt Houses, the breakfast was terrible and super small. Teh rooms are worn out. This property definetly should not be called a Hyatt House. More like a older Best Western."
