"We booked for thermal pool and we enjoyed in thermal area a lot. The room has nice view , equipment was enough but bed was so uncomfortable, pilow was not comfortable, blanket was small for my husband he could not turn other side because not open himself during night, ... i tried to call reception and ask for extra pillow i need to sleep with high pillow but phone did not work. So next time we will go for thermal but not stay at hotel. "

"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."

"A great stay. The breakfast and spa were both high level. We also loved the location; being surrounded by so many local restaurants made exploring the area very easy. A 10/10 experience "
