A very nice and cozy atmosphere in the complete hotel! The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
The cleaning personal and service at the bar/cafe were really nice!
We loved our stay in Karlovy Vary and would love to come back in winter and stay in this hotel again :)
We went to relax a few days after exploring Prague and it was perfect. I would definitely come back here if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Karlovy Vary. Also, the view from our room beautiful.
Really close to Kaiser Bad; theatre, collonade, art galerie (Umeni), etc. Fantastic breakfast in very elegant surroundings. Friendly helpful front desk staff.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very centrally located.
Food in buffet the same every day.
Finding a parking nearby was quite challenging. The breakfast buffet was rather disappointing, little choice only and if you come after 10 am its even worse... The hotel's location is great))
Beautiful hotel in a great location in dire need of basic repair maintenance. Scratched up walls, falling apart stucco, the caulking is in disrepair, bathroom doors don’t properly close, the carpet is stained. Breakfast was scrumptious. There is no hot tub as advertised. The swimming pool is small.
Dvorak has a great location, easy access to everything, healing mineral water, restaurants, beautiful Parks and shops. Very clean and cozy, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Hotel has variety of SPA treatments that I enjoyed and would recommend.
Honestly pretty damn amazing. The location is in my opinion great. It is in one end of the city, next to the river and a lovely hike - So is the infamous Puppy, probably for a reason. It doesn't feel completely overrun and super busy, instead you have the feeling of being at a little retreat. We had a room with a view of the river and mountainside on the other side of town, and I was 100 percent worth the money. Yeah, it is not the fanciest modern hotel, but the rooms are very large and spacious, the interior is nice, cozy and cohesive, and it overall feels like a nice and welcoming place. It feels like a little time pocket in the best possible sense - Cozy, but not worn down or outdated. We had the pleasure of sitting in the small cafe/bar after a cold december day with a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy someone playing the piano live in the background. If you wanna feel a little bit of Christmas spirit, but aren't on your way to a small desolate hut in Norway, I'd definitely recommend coming here.
The staff is nice and helpful, and they have pretty good facilities - Pool, Sauna, Steam Bath and you can get massages and different beauty procedure done on site.

Pricy parking, smelly drains and no wifi in room
Although the service staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is quite old, both style-wise but also with regards to room amenities. Some rooms, like the one I stayed in were not within reach of the wifi router. They did not have an alternative room of the same category so my choice was either to downgrade or live without wifi for the duration of the 4-day stay.
Upon arrival in the room, a pungent smell was coming from the drains of the bathroom. Not exactly what you would expect from a wellness hotel. Despite maintenance checking the next day, there was no solution to the problem.
The hotel has an open-air, unsupervised parking lot. Charges per day are € 20. Not exactly cheap.
The pool and spa were decent, some proper towels would have been a good compliment to the linen sheets that had to be used instead for drying off after the pool.
Even though this lies within the construction of the building, it was also rather complicated to get from certain rooms in the building to others, many times involving multiple/different elevators and crossing other floors.
Overall the visit was ok but nothing to brag about. The hotel should invest in proper wifi routers and also fix the sewage problem.
Wir waren 4 Übernachtungen im Zimmer 227 mit einem Balkon und Flussausicht.
Es war herlich. Personal ist perfekt, das Essen - sehr gut, Atmosphäre - zauber!
Vielen Dank!
